Having trained through Russell Eaton’s intensive in-house education programme, she has developed into the confident and highly skilled stylist she is today, with over eight years of experience within the salon team.
Passionate about all aspects of hairdressing, Morgan particularly loves creating long, healthy, glossy hair that feels effortlessly luxurious and beautifully maintained. Her eye for detail and love of enhancing natural beauty allows her to create looks that are both wearable and polished, leaving clients feeling their absolute best.
Alongside her salon work, Morgan was a proud member of the prestigious Wella Generation Now Artistic Team 2022 — an elite collective of emerging hairdressers recognised for their artistic talent, creativity, and forward-thinking vision within the industry. She is passionate about continually developing her skills and enjoys pushing herself creatively through industry competitions, including the renowned L’Oréal Colour Trophy.
Most recently, Morgan was selected for the highly sought-after ID Artist programme, developed by L’Oréal Professionnel Paris — an initiative designed to identify and cultivate individual talent, fostering growth and maximising potential within the industry. Gaining a place on the programme is widely recognised as career-changing. With hundreds of applicants and an exceptionally high standard of entry this year, Morgan’s selection is a huge achievement and a true reflection of her passion, creativity, and dedication to her craft.
